Debra Dennis, founder of Indigo Lifestyle Solutions Inc., has been a highly respected Consultant and expert in the field of Health & Lifestyle Coaching and Household and Estate Staffing for the past 23 years. She has worked with hundreds of families in the Washington DC area creating balance and harmony in the lives of busy working households.
Her educational roots are grounded in the field of Mental Health and Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. Debra furthered her scope of studies at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and received her Certification as an Holistic Health Coach. At The Institute for the Psychology of Eating she received her certification as Coach and Teacher of Eating Psychology and Mind Body Nutrition.
Debra specializes in providing coaching and support to individuals with hectic and stressful lifestyles and/or those experiencing weight loss resistance and digestive challenges.. If you’re seeking more time and energy to enjoy your life, she can help. Debra incorporates vibrant health and clean living principals into her consulting while making it fun and results driven.
Debra resides in Fairfax Country with her husband Gary. Cooking, yoga and outdoor activities with family and friends are just a few of her favorite pastimes. Their 4 young-adult children are the loves of their lives.
Andrea Kelliher, LMT
Andrea Kelliher has been practicing therapeutic massage for twenty years. Through continued education and hands-on experience, Andrea has refined her techniques to address the needs of everyone from children to the elderly. She brings her extensive clinical experience, sensitivity, attention to detail, and caring nature to the table for each health-improving massage. She is certified in Pregnancy massage as well and loves to work with pregnant mommas.
Shannon Papoulias, RN, IBCLC
With almost two decades of experience as a registered nurse, I pride myself on being a compassionate and highly-skilled healthcare professional. As a wife and mother of a seven-year-old daughter, my own postpartum experience inspired a deep passion for breastfeeding and lactation consulting. My academic background includes specializing in lactation education at the University of California, San Diego. I am excited to work with you at Family Chiropractic of Fairfax!
